Names are hidden. This is a CBR rule.
You see the full price before you pay. For CBR bookings you pay the full amount upfront. Safe online payment.
After payment, your interpreter is confirmed for your exam. Good luck! ๐
Yes. The CBR allows a sworn interpreter at individual exams, for example the individual theory exam and the driving test (rijvaardigheidsonderzoek). Interpreters are not allowed at classroom (group) exams. You arrange the interpreter yourself. That is what Tolk2Go is for. Tell the CBR when you book your exam that an interpreter will come, and in which language.
From โฌ 238 per exam, all-in. You always see the exact full price before you pay. No hidden fees. The price you see is the price you pay. For CBR bookings you pay the full amount upfront.
We work with 1800+ sworn interpreters in 190+ languages, including Turkish, Arabic, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Tigrinya, Spanish and English. Use the search box on this page to check your language.
Yes. Your CBR candidate number (kandidaatnummer) is required. Enter it in the reference number field when you send your request. A missing or wrong number can delay your booking.
The interpreter translates the questions and instructions, nothing more. They are neutral and do not help with the answers. This keeps the exam fair and follows the CBR rules. Some official Dutch terms are not translated: the CBR expects you to know them, so study the official terminology lists before your exam. At the exam, the interpreter shows their official pass to the examiner.
Usually within one day. You can send your request online 24/7, and you get an e-mail (or app notification) as soon as an interpreter is available.
Rescheduling your exam with the CBR does not automatically change your interpreter booking. Update it separately via Tolk2Go. More than 1 week before the exam: rescheduling is possible without interpreter cancellation costs. Less than 1 week before the exam, or a no-show: both the exam fee and the interpreter costs are charged.
If the interpreter cancels within 72 hours before your exam, Tolk2Go refunds your interpreter payment in full. You can then send a new request via Tolk2Go right away.
Interpreters are shown anonymously before booking. This is a CBR rule that guarantees fair and equal booking for every candidate. After payment you receive your final confirmation.
Yes. Driving instructors can send the request for their candidate. Remember to tell the CBR when booking the exam that an interpreter will come, and in which language.
