I have been working as a certified interpreter and translator for 20 years which gives me a wide experience in my field.

About me (place of birth, native language, other details)

I am from Sarajevo (Bosnia, ex-Yugoslavia). Before 1992 the common name of the language spoken in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro was Serbo-Croatian. After the breakup of ex-Yugoslavia, one common name for all four language standards is no longer used. That is why I am sworn in for four languages.

Credentials

After completing grammar school in Sarajevo, I obtained a doctoral degree in General Literature from the University of Sarajevo. In the Netherlands I graduated as a court interpreter and legal translator at Stichting Instituut Gerchtstolken en -Vertalers. I am registered in the Register of sworn interpreters and translators under the number 638 and actively participate in continuing education.
