My strengths as an interpreter

I am English and Swahili mother tongue and have been steeped in both cultures having grown up and educated in Tanzania and the UK. I also lived in Belgium for a number of years where I was first exposed to French and have been living in France for nearly 20 years now. I therefore bring to the table considerable cultural knowledge in addition to my language skills. Furthermore, I have been working with Congolese refugees and can easily facilitate communication with this community and know the Swahili variant that is spoken in Congo.
