About my interpreting experience

I have previous experience as a medical interpreter, facilitating clear and accurate communication between doctors and patients. Working in high-pressure situations taught me to remain calm and professional while helping patients feel more at ease before medical procedures. In addition to interpreting, I strive to communicate with empathy and reassurance, making sure patients fully understand the information they receive. I have also worked as a freelance interpreter across a variety of industries, adapting quickly to different environments and communication styles. These experiences have strengthened my ability to deliver accurate, natural, and culturally appropriate interpretation in diverse professional settings.

About me (place of birth, native language, other details)

I am a 22-year-old psychologist. I was born and raised in Germany, and German is one of my native languages. As I am of Turkish origin, Turkish is also my native language. In addition, I have C1–C2 level English proficiency with strong verbal communication skills. My background in psychology has given me a deep understanding of human communication, empathy, and interpersonal dynamics. Combined with my multilingual background, this enables me to interpret not only words, but also meaning, tone, and intent, ensuring natural and effective communication between people from different linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
