CBR cancellations

The rules below are the official CBR cancellation conditions for interpreters. Check who is responsible for the costs in each case.

🗣️ Interpreter cancellation – CBR Theory Exams

• CBR theory exam: if you cancel less than 72 hours (3 working days) before the exam, or if you do not show up (no-show), you are responsible for paying the CBR exam fee of €114.
• ⏰ Note: Only working days (Monday–Friday) count. Weekends and public holidays do not count towards the 72-hour rule.
• ⚠️ Force majeure: In the event of demonstrable force majeure (for example, acute medical emergency), costs will not be charged. Report this immediately to Tolk2Go and provide proof.
