Since I have classical interpreter training (important for interpreting attitude) and training as a legal interpreter (civil and criminal law) plus years of working at several law and notary offices, I have an excellent command of legal terminology. While interpreting I use a whisper set.
I am a now very experienced interpreter in the field of civil law, notarial law, criminal law and tax law. I regularly interpret at courts (oral proceedings, witness examinations, etc.) at notary offices (deeds of delivery, incorporation of PLC, wills, prenuptial agreements, etc.), at lawyers' offices, during arbitration hearings, preliminary discussions, in psychiatric institutions, prisons, etc. I also regularly interpret at other business meetings.
I was born in the Netherlands. My native language is Dutch and I am near-native German.
