About me (place of birth, native language, other details)
I was born in Swalmen Middle www.****.*** 1981 I started studying Russian in Leiden because I wanted to study something different from others. After finishing my studies in 1988 I have always worked with the Russian language. First in travel (CIRC in Amsterdam and travel agency in Bilthoven). Then in shipping (Tracosa in Wageningen) and then for Global Talk IND the courts police and also for notaries. Besides working as an interpreter, I am also a long-term observer during elections abroad. In that case I work for the OSCE mostly in the former Soviet Union (Russia Ukraine Georgia Azerbaijan Uzbekistan Kyrgyzstan Kazakhstan). I have also been to Albania for the OSCE. For the EU, I have been to Pakistan and Afghanistan as a long-term observer. From 2009 to 2012, I lived and worked in the EUMM in Georgia. Furthermore, I currently work as a volunteer for Buurtbemiddeling in Leiden and surroundings. I mediate in neighborhood disputes. I also currently work as a volunteer in the hospice "de Mare" in Oegstgeest.
