My strengths as an interpreter
I am a certified and sworn interpreter in the dialects of Moroccan, Algerian and Berber (Tarifit). Medical terminology was an important part of my social interpreting training in 2017/2018. In addition to social interpreting training, I took the court interpreting course in 2020 /2021 and scored excellent results in all sections. This allows me to interpret effortlessly within various fields.
About my interpreting experience
In my position as a social counselor at the Dutch Refugee Council, I became familiar with the social map and gained a lot of experience interpreting for status holders in the social domain but also with medical specialists. In 2018, I obtained my interpreting diploma in Social Interpreting and was included in the register for sworn interpreters and translators. Since then I have been working as a sworn interpreter for Livewords, Global Talk, municipalities, and IND, among others. Meanwhile, I followed and completed the training in legal interpreting with excellent results which makes me even more versatile.
