Translator and interpreter English/Spanish - Dutch with experience in interpreting in financial legal touristic psychological and (other) social settings.

Ever since I graduated I offer tailor-made translation and interpreting services from English and Spanish into Dutch. While I have gained the most experience in the financial/legal field so far I also accept projects regarding other topics such as mental health tourism business communication education and the cultural sector among other things. As I’ve been sworn in since April 2020 I also accept projects as a community interpreter for the Dutch government.

Although I was born and raised in the Netherlands I have lived in Flanders for a couple of years now. Therefore I do have an extensive knowledge of both language variants which makes it easier to set the right tone in whatever setting is necessary. Furthermore I have done two internships in Madrid during my studies at the Maastricht School of Translation and Interpreting during which my Spanish improved a lot. Moreover I worked on a voluntary project in Bolivia during one summer during which I worked at a primary school in Cochabamba. At this school I worked as a teaching assistant for the local English teachers so both the local teachers and students could improve their English speaking skills.
