Interpreting gives me a lot of positive energy because you remove the language barrier and people can understand each other back and forth. I am described as communicative, businesslike, accurate and impartial. Good communication is essential for a good conversation.

I am a court interpreter specialized in criminal cases for the Turkish language. I enjoy interpreting for the notary profession, commercial companies, the courts, the OM, Raad voor Rechtsbijstand, Police Netherlands, youth care, health care, DJI, COA, IND, AZC, UWV, GGZ and CBR. My work experience as a lawyer and as a (criminal law) teacher certainly helps. I also train new interpreters as a teacher at the SIGV (Stichting Instituut voor Gerechtstolken- en vertalers).

I was born and raised in the Netherlands in a Turkish family. I speak both languages (Dutch and Turkish) fluently.
