I have been working since 1995. I have vast experience in the judiciary and police. I enjoy working for notaries.

I was born in the Soviet Union. I studied English language and literature. i worked in education for 33 years back as a teacher of Dutch for non-native speakers.

I have obtained all possible diplomas: SIGV diplomas for Armenian and Russian. various courses for continuing education. I have just renewed my registration with WBTV until January 2029.
