I am fluent in Ukrainian and Russian as a native language. While interpreting, I try to translate as much as possible truthfully and according to the clients' intention. In addition, both in person and by phone, I have been frequently used for school, medical and social related assignments.

Helped as a volunteer for several years at the "Sputnik" Foundation in Vlaardingen, accompanying trips to Ukraine (to bring medical supplies). Also helped as a volunteer in 2022 at the reception of Ukrainian refugees in the neighborhood where I live and at the "Ukraine House" in Charlois. On business, in 2020 I performed a number of Russian - Dutch interpreting assignments for Russian businessmen while visiting the Port of Rotterdam. Since early 2024 I have been interpreting for Global Talk and Talk2Go in the languages Ukrainian - Dutch and Russian - Dutch. Furthermore, since spring 2025 I have a registration in those languages on the emergency list at Bureau Wbtv.

I was born in Ukraine and lived and worked there until 2006. When I was 32, I came to the Netherlands on my own, but my family still lives in Ukraine. I grew up bilingual and learned Dutch after coming here. In Rotterdam, I was active in local politics for several years as an elected district council member and area committee member. Now that my children go to high school, I want to develop myself again as an independent entrepreneur with the goal of being able to support others, both in private and business matters.

I completed primary and secondary school education in Ukraine and successfully graduated from Uman Agricultural University in 2000 as a Bachelor of Business Administration/Accountancy. I hope to soon begin abbreviated studies in ATT (General Interpreting Techniques) at the ITV College of Interpreting
