My strengths as an interpreter
As an interpreter, I work tirelessly to deepen my linguistic knowledge and perfect my knowledge of the cultures of the two languages I interpret, in order to fully understand and convey emotions, context, culture and nuances, and to convey the essence of the discourse with the same intensity and precision.
About my interpreting experience
I've been a sworn translator and interpreter since 2001, but it's only since August 2019 that I've set myself up as a freelancer, and I work in this profession as my main full-time occupation. I do consecutive, simultaneous and chuchotage interpreting. I am very conscientious in the exercise of my function and I make every effort to provide a quality service both to applicants and to users and litigants. I ensure scrupulous compliance with the code of ethics: confidentiality, impartiality, integrity, etc.
About me (place of birth, native language, other details)
I was born in Albania, where I spent my childhood and youth. I did all my studies in Albania. I worked for 7 years as a French teacher before leaving Albania at the age of 30, in 1997. Since then, I've lived in Belgium. I've worked in a number of different sectors, and at the same time I've done some additional studies on a staggered timetable. My entire educational and professional background is such that I consider myself to be perfectly bilingual.
