I am broadly applicable as an interpreter for both informal settings and business communication. Thanks to my 6 years of working experience in Japan, I have a good knowledge of Japanese business culture, which enables me to quickly grasp silent hints from non-verbal communication and convert them into verbal communication. This makes for quick and efficient communication.

Over the past 10 years, I have interpreted for various occasions, including a lecture by a Japanese fashion designer addressed to college students and several business talks between Japanese and foreign companies (simultaneous interpreting). I am originally from Roermond (Limburg), where I have been living again since fall 2024 after living and working in Tokyo for 6 years.
