Sebastiaan was betrokken en prettig in de communicatie/omgang. Hij vertaalde onopvallend, snel en accuraat. Aanvankelijk zou hij voor 1 klant vertalen. Op de zitting moest geregeld worden dat 2 klanten tegelijk zouden meeluisteren. Hier was Sebastiaan ook behulpzaam mee.
