I have been interpreting for four years now and I love it! I have been working as an English translator for 20 years and have been working mainly in the legal and medical fields since I was sworn in in 2008. I am registered as an interpreter with the IND and have experience interpreting for clients from various (West) African countries. Of course, I can also serve you well in business meetings and private conversations. If required, interpreting can take place with interpreting equipment, in order to maintain simultaneous interpretation as much as possible. Having lived in Ireland and Northern Ireland for some time, I am well acquainted with not only the cultural differences between the UK and the Netherlands, but through interpreting for (West) African clients also their backgrounds and culture.

I live near and have my office in Leeuwarden. My memmetaal is Frysk so also in that language I can support you both in combination with Dutch and English.
