The Services provide a platform for booking interpretation and translation services through Tolk2Go's website and mobile applications.
Licence
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use Tolk2Go's services.

You may not reproduce, modify, or exploit any part of the Services beyond the permitted use.
3. Your Use of the Services
User Accounts
To access the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate personal details.
User Conduct
Users must be 18+ and comply with applicable laws when using the platform.
Assignment Description
When requesting interpretation services, provide a clear and concise description of your needs.
Text Messaging
By registering, you agree to receive informational messages related to your use of the Services.
4. Payment
Service charges are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed via your selected method.
5. Disclaimers & Liability
The Services are provided "as is." Tolk2Go is not liable for third-party interpreter services.
6. Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
