I am an Interpreter with empathy and a calm presence. I will always contact you prior to the task in order to discuss and coordinate the service. I have Interpreting experience in business, education, health care, youth care, the legal system, and many more contexts.

I have been working in the profession since January 2020. I now have hundreds of hours of experience as an interpreter. The Organization for Refugee Care, Lawyers, Business people, Hospitals, Youth care institutions, Primary schools and Psychologists are among my clients. I completed courses at the KTV in order to develop a functional interpreting attitude and learn valuable interpreting techniques. In addition, I am a frequent visitor of the Instituto Cervantes in Utrecht, a must go for anyone with an interest in the Spanish language.

My native language is Dutch. From the age of 20 I lived in Barcelona for two years. In the University of Barcelona I completed a Spanish-taught Masters in Economic History. Thanks to these experiences I have been able to immerse myself in the Spanish language, culture, and history.

I am registered in the Register for sworn interpreters and translators (Rbtv) under number 30069. This registration is at 'level 1' or 'C1 level'. This is the highest level for sworn interpreters and thus guarantees good interpreting performance.
