I am very empathetic. I have a lot of experience as an interpreter in quite difficult situations (with psychiatrists, psychologists, prisoners, refugees, etc.) and they always compliment me because of my tone and voice, which I can always adapt well to the situation.

5 years experience as simultaneous interpreter in Spain (with the combination ES<>EN and ES<>NL and NL<>EN) in conferences, multidisciplinary meetings, etc. Also 2 years experience as consecutive/telephone interpreter for several Dutch government services (COA, DJI, UWV, etc.).

I was born into an all-Spanish family in the Netherlands, where I lived until I was 18. I went to a Dutch elementary school, and then again for 10 years to a bilingual school (The International School of the Hague). So I was raised completely trilingual! I have been working and living in Spain for 10 years now as a translator/interpreter with the language combination NL/ES/EN/DE.
