About my interpreting experience

I have been working as a professional interpreter since 1999. I have very extensive experience in all Arabic dialects. I am sworn in 8 dialects, I interpret all types of conversations. I have experience in all fields such as; investigation, criminal law, notarial work, justice etc

About me (place of birth, native language, other details)

I was born in the Netherlands, my mother tongue is Dutch and my parents are Dutch by origin. While traveling in the Arab world, I discovered that I have a knack for languages. I developed my Arabic language further at university and then started working as an interpreter. I have been doing this work with great pleasure for 20 years now.

Credentials

I am a certified court interpreter in criminal cases. I got this degree from SIGV, and I studied Arabic at what was then the Catholic University of Nijmegen, it is now the Radboud University.
